Bangkok, Thailand - LUK Hostel
Set in the lively Chinatown district, this hip hostel is 3 minutes on foot from bustling food stalls and markets on Yaowarat Road and a 6-minute walk from the nearest metro station. Accommodations range from snug, stylish rooms with ornate tiles and simple wood furnishings, to sleek mixed-gender or female-only dorms with bunk beds, privacy curtains and reading lights. All come with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Lockers are available. Complimentary walking tours and workshops, including cooking classes, can be arranged. Other amenities include a trendy rooftop restaurant/bar and communal work spaces. Breakfast is included.
Chiang Mai, Thailand - Hetai Boutique Hotel
Set on a tree-lined street near restaurants, this hip, tranquil hotel is 1 km from the 13th-century Chiang Man temple and 2 km from the bustling Chiang Mai Night Bazaar. It's 3 km from the main train station. The airy, eclectic rooms feature carved wood panels, stained glass windows, floral glazed sinks, and/or hardwood or mosaic tile floors. Siem Reap, Cambodia - Blossoming Romduol Hotel
