All travelers will need a valid visa to gain entry into the United States of America. Travelers will need to apply for a nonimmigrant visa online (category B-2) and appear for a Visa interview. Many countries operate under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) which allows citizens of the said countries to stay and travel through the USA for a period of 90 days if they fulfill certain requirements. Refer to this link to check if your country falls under the VWP. Also note, all travelers from Visa Waiver Program countries must obtain an electronic travel authorization prior to their flight from the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) website.

In most cases, we can arrange additional accommodation at our starting or ending hotels, excluding European tours. Most of our adventures, apart from the volunteering programs do not include Airport transfers. We advise our travelers to arrange for a Taxi on Arrival as it is the most economical and efficient way to go about this. If you would prefer a pre-arranged transfer, we can provide the same for you at an additional cost from your point of Arrival. Do get in touch with your coordinators for more information.
You will be on the move a lot so our advice for you is to pack light. Casual wear is generally the way to go when you’re traveling in the USA. Layering is the key to comfort in the USA. Summer typically starts in late April and continues till September or even late October. Wear cool layers of camisoles and lightweight dresses in breathable fabrics and cotton clothing in the summer months to be comfortable. Nights might get a bit chilly for some people coming from tropical countries, so it’s better to pack in a light outerwear. Through the winter months (December-March) temperatures dips to single digits and even negative sometimes in certain regions, so thick sweaters and warm pull-overs are a must for winters, along with scarves and mittens even.
