Day 1
Arrival in Saigon
Welcome to the bustling city of Saigon. Your flight will land at Tan Son Nhat Airport, where you’ll be welcomed by our experienced guide and transferred to your hotel in downtown. Once you check into your hotel, you can enjoy some free time to refresh and

Day 2
A journey down the lanes of history at Cu Chi
It's time to know more about Vietnam's history! After breakfast, we'll head to the northwest of Saigon to the Cu Chi tunnels. Visit the underground villages to better understand the tunnels’ history, life in the tunnels and the Vietnamese’s resilience during the combats.
Later that day, we'll head back to Saigon and visit the War Remnants Museum, which holds important tales from the American Vietnamese War. From there, we'll continue to the Reunification Palace, the charming Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Post Office, one of the oldest buildings Ho Chi Minh City built around 1886-1891, the elegant Saigon Opera House, and the bustling Ben Thanh Market. Don't forget to bargain and shop while you're there!

Day 3
Exploring the Mekong Delta
You must have longed to hop on a boat and float on the Mekong River! Today is the day for that. After breakfast, we’ll head out to Ben Tre province crossing the cable-stayed Rach Mieu bridge. Upon arrival at Hung Vuong Pier, we hop on to a motorized boat for an eye-opening trip down the Ben Tre River – one of the tributaries of the mighty Mekong. This is a genuinely cultural experience and you’ll get to experience how real-life operates in the south of Vietnam.
Get on a tuk-tuk or bicycle along shady paths, pass by green rice fields and vegetable plains to be able to touch on real life in the delta. We'll stop for lunch at a local riverside restaurant.
After lunch, we’ll take a rowing-boat along a beautiful water palm creek before meeting the motorized boat and transferring you back to the pier. From there, we’ll continue farther to Can Tho city, one of the larger trading areas in the Delta and then we’ll check into Mekong Rustic Can Tho Lodge at Phong Dien District.

Day 4
Getting closer to the Mekong life!
On an early morning boat cruise along the small and picturesque tributaries, we will see the incredible Cai Rang Floating Market. Witness the daily culture and activities of the Southern Vietnamese local river life, including walking around a village and visiting a rice husking mill. We'll disembark at Ninh Kieu quay in time, so that you can return to your hotel for breakfast.
After breakfast we'll hop on bikes for an easy trip through villages and fruit orchards, take a ferry across the river, and visit a black smith family, where you can learn how to make knives manually and you’ll have chances to make friends with local people. It’s surrounded by a luxurious garden with many types of tropical fruit trees and flowers.
Then, you’ll experience learning how to make banana cake and cycling around Nhan Ai Island. Stop at a local farmer’s house to savor a cup of tea and a coconut’s fresh water. You can try plucking the fruits at the host’s garden and talk to him to understand how local farmers care for their gardens.
Later, we drive back to Ho Chi Minh City with lunch served at a local restaurant on the way.
You'll be free in the evening, in case you wish to explore the city on your own. You can check out the nightlife scenes at District 1.

Day 5
Beach time at Mui Ne
After exploring the river & the delta, now it's time to head off to the beaches! Once you're done with your breakfast, we'll drive north along the cost to Mui Ne, one of the best beach locations in Vietnam. Upon arrival in Mui Ne, it’s a quick and easy check-in to Ravenala Resort and have free-time to experience the incredible beaches, or lounge around the pool. Soak in the sun, go for a dive, gorge on some great seafood delicacies - and make the most of your day!

Day 6 & Day 7
Chilling at Mui Ne
You have the last 2 days for yourself! To help you recover from what has been an incredible discovery of southern Vietnam you now have two free days to do as little or as much as you want. You can sip cocktails by the poolside, head to the beach or go for some adventure sport like snorkelling or scuba diving!

Day 8
Time to bid goodbye!
Today, for those of you who need to head back to the airport, or back to Ho Chi Minh City, your transfer will be organized in time. If you wish to stay on for a few more days in Mui Ne, we can make that happen for you. Either way, today is officially the last day of the trip and we know it will have been one that you’ll never forget!

The Ha Hien is a 3 star hotel near Ben Thanh market – just a minute to the northern gate, at the corner of Ly Tu Trong street & Thu Khoa Huan street. It is easy to explore surrounding attractions, such as: Ben Thanh market, the Fine Art Museum (5 minutes), The Opera House (10 minutes), Independent Palace (15 minutes) and other shopping centers.
