Day 1 - Arrival in Kuta
Welcome to Bali. You'll have to take a flight to Ngurah Rai International Airport, also known as Denpasar International Airport (DPS), located in the south of Kuta, about 15 minutes away by taxi. There will be a Welcome Meeting in the evening hosted by your coordinator, so if you have plans to head out and explore, make sure to return back on time.
Day 2 - Kuta
It's your day to explore the beaches and binge on some delicious local food. And of course, how can you miss out water sports while in Bali? You can opt for surfing lessons or go for snorkeling. Make the most of your free day in Kuta.
Day 3 - Kuta to Kubutambahan
Today you'll be traveling to Kubutambahan and enjoy the beautiful scenery on the way. Stop midway for lunch at an eatery run by the people living with disabilities in Bali. It'll be a unique opportunity for you to witness something like this.
Day 4 - Kubutambahan
In the morning, go out for a hike and chill beside a waterfall with your fellow travelers. We'll organize a cooking class for you in the day where you can try your hands in cooking authentic Balinese cuisine. Sit down for dinner and savor the meal you helped in preparing, along with your fellow mates.
Day 5 - Kubutambahan to Ubud
It's gonna be a relaxing morning before you set out for Ubud, the cultural capital of Bali. En route, we shall pause by the Gitgit waterfall, one of the picturesque ones in the island. Chill out and enjoy the lush green surroundings and opt to take a dip in the blue water. And in the evening, you can head out and explore Ubud.
Day 6 - Ubud
Get ready to take a walk through the lush green Monkey Forest - and you'll surely come across many of them! Keep your valuables close as these cheeky creatures are bound to grab anything that isn't nailed down. Later in the day, you can opt to attend yoga classes, or go to Mt. Batur for witnessing the sunset.
Day 7 - Ubud to Gili Trawangan
You'll be taking a boat from Ubud and travel to Gili Trawangan, one of the pristine and most laid back places in the world. Enjoy your journey, and once you are there, chill at the beachside bars or you can rent a bike and explore the beaches.
Day 8 - 9 Gili Trawangan
You have two days to chill on the beaches and explore this pristine island. You can also go for cruising or opt for some adventure sports like snorkeling and scuba diving. On Day 9, the trip comes to an end. You can stay back for longer, or make arrangements to head back to Bali. Get in touch with your coordinator as he'll be the best person to assist you. You can also pre-book the Bali Express post-tour that'll make your travel from Gili to Bali hasslefree.
