About The Package

Go Discover Abroad provides an amazing opportunity to work with disadvantaged children aged between 3 - 6 from a township, in the surf capital of South Africa. Volunteers provide love and affection to these beautiful kids and also teach them and help them in their homeworks.

Volunteers mainly spend time with them and teach them in play way method. Volunteers can also help in cooking meals for children, cleaning, gardening and assist the local staff in streamlining the working process. You don't have to be a professional teacher to be able to join this program.

Volunteer activities are as follows: -

1. Teaching conversational English
2. Creating an environment for the children to enhance their creativity
3. Teaching importance of hygiene
4. Help in cooking, feeding and cleaning utensils
5. Provide dance and song classes as well as teach through stories

Volunteers work Monday to Friday 5 days a week for 5 - 6 hours a day and are free on weekends.
