Arrival at Delhi

Welcome to Incredible India!! Upon arrival, our caring representative would welcome you and take you to the booked hotel.
As you might be aware, this magnificent capital city of India has many things to offer. Delhi has a history of thousands if years, dating back to the period of Mahabharata. Delhi was ruled by many dynasties and later on by British rulers for several years. The city got back her charm under British rule as many marvelous monuments were restored and new historical buildings were erected.
Afternoon proceed for half day panoramic city tour of Delhi. The tour includes visits to Red Fort, Chandani Chowk, Raj Ghat. Later drive through India Gate, Parliament House and President’s Palace. Late in the evening, you can have a stroll in Connought Circus and then back to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Delhi-Agra (200 Km / appx. 4 hrs.)
Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. Later proceed to Agra at around 9.30 am. Upon arrival at Agra, check in at the hotel. Located on the banks of river Yamuna, Agra is a world famous town for world famous Taj Mahal. Agra was capital of the Mughal Empire for many years.
At around 2 pm, visit Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal is one of the seven wonders of the world, a world heritage site. Taj Mahal was built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Taj Mahal’s construction started in 1630 and it was completed in 1653. After entering Taj, have a walk inside the complex with beautiful landscapes. Click the memories of the Taj in the camera!! At around 5 pm, visit local markets in Agra. Agra is famous for leather items and Petha (sweets). Back to the hotel and overnight stay at Agra. (B)

Agra / Agra-Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri (250 Km / appx. 6 hrs.)
After early breakfast, at around 9 am, visit Agra Fort. Emperor Akbar reconstructed this fort which was in ruined conditions. It is a world heritage site and it is famous for the architecture, landscapes, palaces and artwork. Later proceed to Fatehpur Sikri. Sikri was founded by Emperor Akbar in 1659 and it was the capital of the Mughal Empire for a short time. Visit the famous Buland Darwaza (Grand Gate), the amazing piece of architecture.
After Sikri, proceed to Jaipur. Upon arrival at Jaipur, check in at the hotel. Jaipur is popularly known as Pink city of India, because of the use of pink/red bricks and colour while constructing houses, palaces and monuments. Relax at your hotel or you can have a stroll nearby. Overnight stay at Jaipur. (B)

Sightseeing in Jaipur
After breakfast, at around 10 am, start the city tour of Jaipur. Visit City Palace, museum, Hawa Mahal (Palace of winds – photo stop), Jantar Mantar (observatory), Jal Mahal (photo stop). Later proceed to Amber fort. From the fort, you can have panoramic views of Jaipur city. Enjoy an elephant ride at Amber fort.
From Amber fort, visit Sanganer which is famous for handmade paper and handicraft items. You can also visit local markets in Jaipur.
At around 7 pm, proceed to Chokhi Dhani. This is a traiditional village resort near Jaipur. In the resort, enjoy folk dances, puppet shows, live entertainment followed by traditional Rajasthani dinner. Back to your hotel and overnight stay at Jaipur. (B/D)

Jaipur-Delhi (260 Km / appx. 5 hrs.)
After early breakfast, depart for Delhi at around 8 am. Upon arrival ayt Delhi at around 1 pm, check in at the hotel. At 3 pm, go for tour of Delhi. In this tour, visit famous monuments of Qutab Minar, Humayun’s tomb and Lotus Temple (outside view). Later have a drive around New Delhi area to enjoy rest of the evening or visit markets in New Delhi for shopping.. Back to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel. (B)

Delhi-Paro (by flight (by flight at an additional cost)) / Paro-Thimphu transfer by road ( 55 Km / a
After early breakfast, transfer to the airport to board flight for Paro. During the flight, enjoy stunning views of the Himalayas.
Upon arrival in Paro, our smiling Bhutanese representative would welcome you and transfer you to Thimphu, capital city of the Himalayan Kingdom. Upon arrival at Thimphu, check in at the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. You can take rest or visit an evening market in this tiny yet beautiful town. Overnight at the hotel. (B)

Thimphu
After breakfast, go for a guided tour of Thimphu. This tour includes visits to Trashichhodzong, the fortress which houses most of the Government's offices and King's Throne room. Later visit the Institute for Zorig Chusum (known as the Painting School). This school offers a six-year training course for 13 traditional arts and crafts of Bhutan. Thereafter visit the exterior area of the National Institute of Traditional Medicine. In this centre, herbs with medicinal value are compounded. In the afternoon, visit to the National Memorial Chorten. This landmark building of this landmark was originally visualised by Bhutan’s third King. Later visit the government-run Handicrafts Emporium and other private crafts shops which offer a wide range of handicrafts, beautiful thangkha paintings and superbly woven textiles. Continue on the tour and visit the Folk Heritage Museum, a Bhutanese farmhouse hosting unique traditional, agricultural and domestic outfits. Back to the hotel and overnight at the hotel. (B)

Thimphu-Punakha (77 Km / appx. 3 hrs.)
After breakfast, proceed to Punakha. During this picturesque drive, halt for a photo stop at Dochu-la pass (3088m / 10130 ft) which is the highest point of the route. Later visit Punakha Dzong the 17th century fortress. Afterwards visit the small but bustling local market. Continue on the tour and visit Khamsum Yulley Namgyel Chorten, the newly built stupa. Check in at the hotel and overnight at the hotel. (B)

Punakha-Paro (145 Km / appx. 5 hrs.)
After early breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Paro. En route visiting the Simtokha Dzong. This dzong or fortress now houses the Institute for Language and Culture Studies. Upon arrival in Paro check into your hotel. In the afternoon, visit Ta Dzong that served as a watchtower during inter-valley wars in the 17th century, Ta Dzong was converted as Bhutan’s National Museum in 1968. Overnight at the hotel. (B)

Paro
After breakfast, drive in the valley to see the ruins of Drukgyel Dzong, located 18 Km from Paro. Visit a traditional Bhutanese Farm House where you will get a chance to see the traditional and simple lifestylle of local residents. Continue the tour to the Taktsang Monastery viewpoint. This is one mof the most famous monasteries in Bhutan. After this 5 hours round trip tour, return to Paro, en route you will visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest and sacred shrines in the Kingdom. Overnight at the hotel. (B)

Paro- Kathmandu (by flight at an additional cost)
Transfer to Paro airport as per your flight departure to Kathmandu. Upon arrival at Kathmandu, our counterpart would warmly welcome you an take you to the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. You can have a walk within the city or you can visit local markets and malls in the city. One can also try the luck in any of the famous casinos in Kathmandu. Overnight at the hotel (B)

Kathmandu city tour
After breakfast go for sightseeing tour of Kathmandu. Visit the temple of the Living Goddess, acknowledging the greetings of the visitors and devotees from balcony of the temple residence. This place is also known as Kasthamandap – the origin of the name “Kathmandu” which is supposed to be made from the timber of a single tree. The Durbar Square is with its group of temples along with the Hanuman Dhoka Palace, an ancient residence of the Nepalese Royalty.
Later visit Swayambhu Temple. This Buddhist Stupa is said to be 2000 years old. The Stupa forms the main structure and it is composed of a solid hemisphere of brick and earth. This hill is a variety of small Chaityas and Pagodas.
Proceed to Pashupatinath Temple, one of the most sacred Hindu temples in the world. During Maha Shivaratri (The Hindu Festival usually occurs in March every year), an annual pilgrimage, lacs of devotees of Lord Shiva pay homage here.

Kathmandu-Chitwan (150 Km / appx. 5 hrs.)
After breakfast drive to Chitwan (approx 04-05 hrs). Upon arrival at the National Park, you will be transferred to the Lodge. Briefing on the jungle activities and facilities available in the Lodge. Rest of the time is free to relax. (B/L/D)

Chitwan-Pokhara (210 Km / appx. 4 hrs.)
After breakfast drive to Pokhara. Pokhara has fascinated visitors from all over the world with the rare combinations of snow-covered peaks and snow fed lakes and rivers. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel. Later in the evening enjoy boat ride in Pokhara Lake. Overnight at the hotel. (B)

Visit to Sarangkot / Pokhara-Kathmandu (209 Km / appx. 5 hrs.)
Very early in the morning, we will take you on a short drive to Sarangkot to see the sunrise. Back to the hotel and enjoy the breakfast. Check out from the hotel and drive back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival at Kathmandu, check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel Himalaya/Manaslu or similar (B)

Enjoy the breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport as per your flight connection.
